ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, select the desired items and add them to the cart. Once you are happy with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. You will have the option to create an account, log into an existing account or check out.
As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
1. CREDIT CARD
You can pay with major international credit cards such as Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Maestro.
2.PAYPAL
By choosing the Paypal payment method, the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account. Tek DIVISION s.r.o reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal
SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders may take up to 3-4 business days to process before they are shipped. Please be aware that most orders are usually processed within 48 hours. However, delivery may take more than 4 days according to national customs regulations. TEK DIVISION s.r.o. is not responsible for any delays due to these procedures. We use the express courier service and delivery times vary according to the delivery areas indicated below.
Europe - 3/5 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)
Mediterranean Basin - 4/7 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)
North America - 7/12 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)
America, Asia, Oceania - 8 / 14 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)
Africa - 8/10 days.
SHIPPING COST
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the reference number of your package. By clicking on the link you will be able to locate your package. We remind you that it will only be possible to search for your package from the day after receipt of the information for the search.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Our orders are shipped by courier and a signature is required upon delivery. If no one can sign at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to the warehouse and a contact card will be left in your mailbox, with which you can collect your package. We remind you that your package will remain at the courier's depot for 7 working days starting from the first delivery attempt.
CAN MY DELIVERY ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, it is possible to provide two different addresses. To indicate a shipping address other than the billing address, simply uncheck the "Use billing address" field and fill in the fields with the desired information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What are the return methods?
TEK DIVISION s.r.o. is able to refund purchases of goods within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we can offer you the store credit if the items are returned within 28 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not show signs of use, abuse or misuse of any kind. The item must be in the same condition in which it was received and must include all tags and original packaging. Products such as gift cards are free of return.
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you have been approved, the refund will be made and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 7 days of approval.
Any item deemed unsuitable for return due to packaging, improper use, alteration or damage will not be accepted by TEK DIVISION s.r.o. and will be returned to the customer, at his expense ...
WHAT ARE THE RETURN METHODS?
As we have two shipping centers, one in Slovakia and the other in the Milan atelier, the address will be communicated to you via email from time to time.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS?
If you haven't received a refund yet, be sure to double check your bank account first. Then contact the credit card company; it may take some processing time before your refund officially becomes available. If you have followed all these steps and have not yet received the refund, please contact us at info@glamidentity.eu.
